Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags (if applicable).
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing treg240806@gmail.com with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different product, please return the eligible item following our return process. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing justification.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and reflect the refund.
