Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
We currently deliver across India.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Cities: 4–7 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–9 Business Days
- Remote Locations: 7–12 Business Days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on most orders across India unless stated otherwise on the product page.
If any shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may be modified or cancelled only before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse locations.
You will receive tracking updates for each shipment where applicable.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners may attempt delivery more than once.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, the package may be returned to the fulfillment center.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping returned orders.
International Shipping
Currently, TREG ships only within India.
We are working towards expanding our services internationally in the future.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Please include:
- Your Order Number
- Photos of the package (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
